Enterprise-grade multi-tenancy library for FastAPI. Supports 4 isolation strategies — schema-per-tenant, database-per-tenant, Row-Level Security, and hybrid mode — with async-first architecture using AsyncSession and contextvars. Zero blocking I/O, auto dialect detection for PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQLite, and MSSQL.
Network resource management platform with SD-WAN and SNMP monitoring. Serves 10,000+ concurrent users with real-time device configuration and automated alerting. Achieved 40% reduction in network downtime.
Apache Superset successor with live data streaming, customizable chart types (bar, line, pie, heat maps), and OpenAPI-documented APIs enabling seamless third-party integrations.
Experience
- Build backend services for finpass.ai — SurePass's Account Aggregator subsidiary — delivering RBI-regulated financial data-sharing flows to NBFC lending clients
- Improved bank statement analyzer performance and reduced its running cost through pipeline and query optimisation
- Developed the consent management system for the Account Aggregator flow — consent creation, approval, revocation and expiry — per the RBI AA framework
- Designed and built a multi-AA vault system for secure storage and retrieval of financial information across aggregators
- Integrated multiple Account Aggregators and TSPs behind a unified interface, giving different NBFCs uninterrupted Account Aggregator service
- Built enterprise RESTful APIs for iProvision — network management platform serving 10,000+ concurrent users with real-time device configuration and automated alerting; reduced network downtime by 40%
- Engineered iDashboard backend — Apache Superset successor with live data streaming and customizable chart types (bar, line, pie, heat maps)
- Developed ProWatch — enterprise access control system integrating hardware device communication, real-time event pipelines, and RBAC workflows
- Optimized API response time 800ms → 250ms (70%) via Redis caching, Celery async queues, PostgreSQL query optimization; scaled concurrent request handling 3×
- Implemented CI/CD with Docker, GitHub Actions, Jenkins achieving 85%+ code coverage; reduced production bugs by 35%, deployment time by 60%
- Developed and optimized RESTful APIs using Node.js, Express.js, and DRF; improved backend throughput by 25% through async processing and response caching
- Implemented database indexing, query optimization, and connection pooling in PostgreSQL reducing average query time by 40%; integrated ELK stack maintaining 99.5%+ uptime
- Mentored 3 junior developers on REST API design patterns, clean code principles, and backend testing best practices

A PostgreSQL ENUM or DOMAIN sharing its name with a built-in type rendered incorrectly in CREATE TABLE. Patch raises a clear error for the ambiguous case. Filed as issue #12761, submitted as PR #12822, merged through SQLAlchemy's Gerrit workflow and released in 2.1.0b1.
Expanded inline PEP 484 annotations across sqlalchemy.sql.base as part of the project's typing effort (issue #6810), improving IDE support and type-safety downstream. Submitted as PR #12707, merged via Gerrit and released in 2.1.0b1.
Founded the @fastapi-extensions GitHub organisation to maintain production-grade FastAPI extension libraries. Currently the sole maintainer of fastapi-tenancy, with more extensions planned.
